The Rixson 370 LTP 626 is a center hung pivot set designed for interior or exterior doors up to 500 lbs and 3 ft. 8 in. wide by 8 ft. 6 in. tall. Non-handed design simplifies installation and works on either side. The bottom pivot mounts directly to the floor, making it ideal for heavy-duty commercial and residential applications requiring reliable pivot hardware.
