The HES 1006 is a heavy-duty electric strike for commercial and institutional doors requiring maximum security and reliability. Its dual interlocking plunger design and stainless steel construction solve the challenge of retrofitting existing locks within standard ANSI 4-7/8" strike plates. Ideal for access control upgrades on metal or wood frames, the 1006 accommodates up to 1" deadbolts and is tested to exceed 3,000 lbs. static strength and 1,000,000 cycles.
The 1006 operates on 12 or 24VDC continuous duty and supports optional latchbolt monitoring. It is available in multiple finishes including satin stainless, brass, and bronze options.
