This less-top-pivot model installs with the bottom pivot mortised into the side jamb, offering smooth, heavy-duty operation for commercial and high-traffic residential applications where standard hinges fall short.
Compatible with intermediate pivots (sold separately) and doors up to 3 ft. 6 in. wide, this left-hand unit features a 3/4 in. offset from the pivot centerline to door face.
