The Sargent 80 Series 12-8863G is a heavy-duty rim exit device engineered for facilities demanding maximum security and durability. Ideal for commercial buildings, schools, and institutions, this Grade 1 device provides reliable emergency egress while maintaining strong perimeter security on wood or metal doors up to 1 3/4" thick.
This right-hand reverse (RHR) model features single-point latching, works on single or double doors with mullions, and is UL Fire and Panic listed for code compliance. Choose from four rail options (E, F, J, or G) to fit door widths from 24" to 48" with minimal cutting.
