The Sargent 12-9710 RHR is a surface-mounted vertical rod exit device designed for single and double door applications. This fire-rated, Grade 1 panic device provides two-point latching at top and bottom, solving security and life-safety code compliance needs for commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, and other high-traffic facilities.
The unit features adjustable latchbolt projection and is compatible with standard latchtrack thresholds.
