The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty egress solution for commercial buildings requiring Grade 1 security and reliability. Built for wood or metal doors 1-3/4" thick, this rim-mounted device exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards with modular construction, minimal moving parts, and maintenance-free operation suitable for life-cycle building use.
This LHR (left hand reverse) model fits 24" to 32" door widths without cutting. Options include delayed egress, alarmed exit, and electric latch retraction for specialized applications.
