The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 rated emergency egress solution for wood and metal doors in high-traffic commercial facilities. Engineered for durability and minimal maintenance, it features modular construction, few moving parts, and exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards for cycle and strength in rim, mortise, or vertical rod configurations.
This model fits 1 3/4 inch thick doors with E rail sizing for 24 to 32 inch door widths (no cutting required for 32 inch doors). Optional delayed egress, alarmed exit, and electric latch retraction capabilities address unique applications.
