The Sargent 80 Series rim exit device is a Grade 1 panic hardware solution for wood or metal doors requiring durable, code-compliant security. Ideal for commercial facilities, schools, and healthcare settings, this single-point latching device provides reliable emergency egress while maintaining building security with minimal maintenance and few moving parts.

Compatible with 1-3/4" thick doors and E rail configurations (24" to 32" widths), this UL Fire and Panic listed device exceeds ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 standards.
