The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 panic bar designed for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings requiring durable, maintenance-free egress hardware. This rim-mounted, right-hand-reverse model with J-rail (37-42 inch doors) combines strong security with modular construction and few moving parts, ideal for facilities where long-term reliability matters.
This device is compatible with 1 3/4 inch minimum metal door thickness and mounts with supplied machine screws at 41 inches from finished floor.
