The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar solution for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Designed for environments requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 strength and durability, this rim-mounted device features modular construction with minimal moving parts, delivering maintenance-free operation and reliable emergency egress throughout the building's life.
This left-hand reverse (LHR) model with 32D finish is compatible with metal doors 1.75 inches minimum thickness. Available rail sizes accommodate door widths from 24 to 48 inches, with factory cutting upon request. Optional electric features include delayed egress, alarmed exit, and latch retraction.
