The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar solution designed for commercial and institutional facilities requiring Grade 1 security and durability. This left-hand reverse (LHR) model with 32D strike accommodates metal doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick and features modular construction with minimal moving parts for reliable, maintenance-free operation that exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength requirements.
The 1256-WD8613F supports multiple rail sizes (E, F, J, G) to fit door widths from 24" to 48", and offers optional electric features including delayed egress, alarm, photoluminescent coatings, and latch monitoring.
