Description
The LCN 1260-3077/PA is a light-to-medium duty Grade 1 cast iron door closer arm for commercial installations. Designed for facilities managers and contractors, it solves alignment and installation challenges with a non-handed design, adjustable spring sizes 1-5, and a peel-and-stick template for accurate mounting on standard commercial footprints.
Compatible with interior doors to 4'6" and exterior doors to 3'6", this closer mounts on the hinge side or top jamb. It works with right or left swinging doors and meets ADA requirements.
