The Rixson 128-3/4 612 is a center hung pivot set engineered for interior doors up to 250 lbs and 3 ft. 6 in. by 8 ft. 6 in. Non-handed design fits left or right swing doors. The bottom pivot mounts directly to the floor for clean, secure installation without floor plates or continuous hinges.
This set includes the 320 top pivot and is compatible with standard interior door frames. Installation requires basic carpentry; our authorized dealer team at E.D.
