The Rixson 128-3/4 613 is a center-hung pivot set designed for interior doors up to 250 lbs and 3'6" x 8'6" maximum size. Non-handed installation makes it versatile for left or right swing. The bottom pivot mounts directly to the floor, while the included 320 top pivot ensures smooth, reliable operation for high-traffic commercial and residential applications.
