Description

The Sargent 80 Series rim exit device is a Grade 1 panic hardware solution for wood or metal doors 1-3/4" thick. Designed for facilities requiring durable, maintenance-free security, this single-point latching device handles single or double door applications with mullions and exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength standards.

The J-rail configuration fits doors 37" to 42" wide with no cutting required for 42" doors. UL Fire and Panic listed, it supports optional delayed egress, alarmed exit, and electric latch retraction features.
