Description
The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 panic hardware solution built for metal doors in high-traffic facilities. Ideal for commercial buildings, schools, and institutions, this rim-mounted right-hand-reverse device provides durable egress control with modular construction, few moving parts, and maintenance-free operation that meets or exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength requirements.
This model fits doors 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick with 4-1/2" minimum stile width and includes a 650 top strike and 606 bottom strike (panic and fire-rated). Rails are factory-cut to size based on door width (E, F, J, or G rail options for 24-48" doors). Hex-key dogging is standard on non-fire-rated units.
