The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar for metal doors requiring Grade 1 security and reliability. Built for commercial buildings, hospitals, schools and high-traffic facilities, it delivers unsurpassed durability and compliance with ANSI/BHMA standards. Modular design with few moving parts means minimal maintenance and maximum uptime throughout the building's lifetime.
This left-hand reverse (LHR) model installs on 1.75-inch minimum thickness metal doors with 4.5-inch minimum stile width. Multiple rail sizes (E, F, J, G) accommodate door widths 24 to 48 inches. Optional electric features include delayed egress, remote latch retraction, alarmed exit and photoluminescent guidance.
