The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 panic hardware solution designed for commercial facilities requiring durable, maintenance-free security throughout the building's life. This rim-mounted device features modular construction with minimal moving parts and is available with optional delayed egress, alarmed exit, and electric latch retraction capabilities for specialized applications.
Compatible with metal doors 1.75 inches minimum thickness and 4.5 inch minimum stile width, this device is factory-cut to your door width (J Rail fits 37–42 inch doors without cutting).
