The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic hardware solution designed for commercial buildings and facilities requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified egress security. Built for metal doors 1.75 inches minimum thickness, this rim-mounted device combines durable construction with modular design to minimize maintenance while maximizing reliability throughout the building's lifespan.
This LHR (left-hand reverse) model includes factory-cut rails for 24-32 inch door widths and standard hex-key dogging. Compatible with 650 top and 606 bottom strikes (panic and fire-rated), it installs at 41 inches from finished floor.
