The Sargent 80 Series rim exit device is a heavy-duty single-point latching solution for wood and metal doors requiring Grade 1 security and reliability. Ideal for commercial facilities, schools, hospitals and multi-tenant buildings, this device provides maintenance-free operation with few moving parts and exceptional durability across the life of the building.
This model fits wood or metal doors 1 3/4 inches thick and up to 32 inches wide without rail cutting. UL Fire and Panic listed, it exceeds ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 requirements for cycle and strength.
