Description
The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 rated panic hardware solution designed for commercial buildings requiring durable, maintenance-free egress control. Built with modular construction and minimal moving parts, it exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards for cycle and strength, ideal for metal doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick. Supports rim, mortise, and rod configurations with optional delayed egress, alarmed, and electric latch retraction features.
This LHR model with 32D rail suits doors 24" to 32" wide and mounts at 41" centerline (38" for schools). Compatible strikes include 650 top and 606 bottom for fire-rated applications.
