The Sargent 80 Series rim exit device is engineered for commercial facilities requiring Grade 1 durability and security. Ideal for wood or metal doors, this modular, low-maintenance device exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards with minimal moving parts and exceptional cycle strength, making it a reliable choice for building life-cycle performance.

Compatible with 1 3/4" thick doors (32" width uses J rail, 24"-42" available with appropriate rail). Installation requires 1 3/4" minimum stile width.
