Description

The Sargent 80 Series rim exit device is a Grade 1 panic hardware solution for wood or metal doors requiring durable, code-compliant egress. Ideal for commercial facilities, schools, hospitals, and multi-tenant buildings, it delivers single-point latching with quiet operation and unsurpassed security that exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards.

This E-rail model fits 24" to 32" door widths with no cutting required for 32" doors. Installation suits 1-3/4" thick doors; thicker doors require a 31-prefix model. The 80 Series features modular construction with minimal maintenance, UL Fire and Panic listing, and optional delayed egress, alarmed, and electric latch retraction upgrades.
