The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar solution for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Designed for environments demanding maximum durability, it exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 requirements and features modular construction with minimal moving parts, ensuring maintenance-free operation and reliable security throughout the building's life.
This left-hand reverse (LHR) unit fits standard metal doors 1.75 inches thick minimum and mounts at 41 inches from floor. Compatible with rim, mortise, and vertical rod configurations, it accepts optional electric latch retraction, delayed egress, alarm, and photoluminescent features.
