Description
The Sargent 80 Series exit device (model 1956-WD8615J) is a heavy-duty panic hardware solution designed for metal doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security and durability. Built with modular construction and minimal moving parts, this rim-mounted device provides maintenance-free operation and exceeds industry strength and cycle requirements for institutional, commercial and industrial facilities.
This right-hand reverse (RHR) device installs on metal doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick and accepts J-rail configuration for 37" to 42" door widths (factory-cut to size). Compatible with 650 top and 606 bottom strikes, optional delayed egress, alarm, photoluminescent and electric latch retraction features available.
