The LCN 2010-3038 689 is a heavy-duty door closer designed for commercial and institutional buildings. It controls door swing speed and hold-open function on interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors up to 4'0", solving the need for safe, ADA-compliant door operation across aluminum, hollow metal, and wood construction.
This closer ships with standard arm, track, and metal finish plate, sized for right or left hand doors. Compatible with aluminum frames (minimum 4" x 4" tube), hollow metal, and wood frames and doors. Optional finishes include powder coat, plated hardware, and SRI primer for corrosive environments.
