The Rixson 27105S is a heavy-duty 3/4-inch offset floor closer designed for interior and exterior doors up to 4 feet wide and 450 pounds. This single-acting, handed closer solves the problem of uncontrolled door swing and slam by providing smooth, controlled closing action for high-traffic commercial and institutional applications.
This Less Top Pivot (LTP) model installs in the floor and requires appropriate intermediate pivots based on door weight. Compatible with standard floor mounting hardware.
