The Folger Adam 310-2 is a UL 10C fire-rated, 3-hour electric strike built for extreme heavy-duty security applications. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, this industrial-grade device resists corrosion and abuse in high-traffic environments. It delivers 1,500 lbs static strength and 70 ft-lbs dynamic strength, ideal for facilities requiring burglary resistance and fail-secure operation.
Compatible with standard door frames and equipped with a horizontally adjustable keeper to accommodate frame misalignment. The 24VDC version draws just 0.25 amps continuous duty.
