The Folger Adam 310 Series is a 3-hour fire-rated, industrial-grade electric strike built for extreme heavy-duty applications. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and abuse in high-traffic environments. Ideal for facilities requiring UL 10C fire rating, burglary resistance, and NYC compliance.
This fail-secure strike works with single and double doors and features horizontally adjustable keepers to accommodate frame misalignment. Compatible with standard electric strike rough openings.
