The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Its all-stainless steel construction resists corrosion and abuse, making it ideal for high-traffic commercial doors, institutional facilities, and demanding industrial environments that require both security and fire safety compliance.
This fail-secure strike is UL 10C fire-rated for single and double doors, UL 1034 burglary-resistant listed, and complies with NYC building codes and NFPA-252 standards. It installs on non-handed frames with horizontally adjustable keepers to accommodate misalignment.
