The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme-abuse applications where standard strikes fail. Its all-stainless steel construction delivers superior corrosion resistance and strength, making it ideal for high-traffic commercial and industrial facilities requiring UL 10C fire certification and burglary resistance.
This fail-secure strike suits single and double doors on fire-rated frames and meets UL 1034, ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, and NYC code. It installs with standard latchbolts and features a horizontally adjustable keeper for frame misalignment.
