The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Its all-stainless steel construction resists corrosion and abuse, making it ideal for high-traffic institutional, commercial, and industrial facilities that demand proven reliability and UL 10C certification.
This strike fits standard door frames with integrated shims adjusting faceplate thickness from 1/2" to 3/4". It operates fail-secure at 12VDC or 24VDC with a plug-in connector for simple wiring.
