The LCN 3130SE-3077T is a concealed-in-door closer and electromagnetic hold-open arm for fire and smoke barrier doors. It holds doors open until power interruption or alarm activation releases the mechanism, allowing the door to close automatically. Ideal for interior doors up to 4 feet, it serves facilities requiring code-compliant fire safety integration.
This left-hand arm works with 24V or 120V SE track systems (specify voltage at order). It functions as a standard rack-and-pinion closer when hold-open is inactive.
