The Sargent 351-OTP is a heavy-duty aluminum surface door closer engineered for interior and exterior applications. Designed for architects and building owners who demand reliability, this ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 closer meets UL10C fire-door standards and ADA requirements. It solves the challenge of controlling door swing while maintaining fire-rated integrity across demanding commercial environments.
This non-handed closer accepts standard, top jamb, parallel and track mounting, with adjustable spring power (sizes 1-6, factory-set to size 3).
