This Grade 1 ANSI A156.3-2001 certified hardware is ideal for commercial buildings requiring reliable emergency egress. This 3-foot length model features a deadlocking latch bolt with 3/4" throw and standard hex key dogging. Compatible with wood and metal doors, the device mounts at 39 13/16" from finished floor.
