The LCN 4010-3049 is a right-hand hold-open arm for the proven 4010 series door closer. Designed for facilities managers and contractors, this statuary bronze arm solves the challenge of holding doors open safely while maintaining code-compliant automatic closing when released. Sized for interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors up to 4'0".
The 4010 series mounts on the hinge side and ships with standard plastic cover, self-reaming screws, and holds ANSI A156.4 Grade One certification.
