The LCN 4040-3071DEL is a heavy-duty door closer engineered for institutional and high-traffic environments. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, a reinforced 3/4" pinion journal, and an advanced V-shield seal rated 20% longer-lasting. This non-handed closer handles both interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0", making it ideal for demanding commercial applications requiring durability and reliable performance.
The 4040-3071DEL mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm (with optional PA bracket) on right or left swinging doors, and is fully adjustable without sizing. It's UL and cUL listed to ANSI A156.4 Grade One standards and compatible with all 4040 accessories.
