The LCN 4040SE-3038 is a heavy-duty, electromechanical door closer and hold-open device designed for fire and smoke barrier doors in commercial buildings. It holds doors open via an electromagnet until power interruption or manual release triggers closure, solving the need for hands-free, code-compliant fire door management on interior applications up to 4'0" wide.
This 120V model ships with a standard single-lever track arm, cover, fastener pack, and field-replaceable switch board with over-voltage protection. Non-handed design works on either door swing.
