The LCN 4040SE Sentronic is a heavy-duty electromechanical door closer and hold-open device engineered for fire and smoke barrier doors. It holds doors open via electrical current and automatically closes them upon power interruption, ideal for facilities requiring code-compliant emergency egress and barrier protection on interior doors up to 4 feet wide.
The 4040SE ships standard with a single lever track arm, your choice of 24V or 120V operation, SE track, cover, and fastener pack. Adjustable hold-open force, field-replaceable switch board with surge protection, and non-handed mounting accommodate both push and pull sides, right or left hand doors.
