Description
The LCN 4040XP-3049CNS is a heavy-duty door closer arm engineered for institutional and high-traffic commercial environments. Its 44% increased bearing load capacity, 3/4" forged steel pinion, and V-shield seal provide superior durability and reliability in demanding applications where standard closers fall short.
This non-handed closer adjusts for interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0", and mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm positions on either right or left swinging doors. It's UL and cUL listed and meets ANSI A156.4 grade one standards.
