Description
The LCN 4040XP-3077EDA is a heavy-duty door closer arm engineered for institutional and high-traffic applications. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, a 3/4" journal diameter pinion, and 5/8" wide bearings with V-shield seals rated 20% longer life. This non-handed closer delivers eXtra Protection (XP) for demanding real-world environments with all-weather fluid and cast iron/forged steel construction.
The 4040XP fits interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0", and mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm with optional PA bracket on either door swing.
