The LCN 4040XP-H is a heavy-duty institutional door closer built for high-traffic commercial and institutional environments. Its cast iron body, forged steel arm, and double heat-treated steel pinion deliver durability and reliable performance in demanding applications. Non-sized cylinder design adjusts for interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors up to 4'0", making it versatile across facility types.
The PA 689 arm package is included for flexible installation configurations. This closer meets ADA requirements and carries UL and cUL listing for self-closing doors without hold-open function. ANSI A156.4 Grade 1 certified.
