The LCN 4040XP is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer engineered for institutional and high-traffic environments. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, a reinforced 3/4" pinion journal, and V-shield seals for extended durability. This non-handed closer solves the problem of premature wear in demanding applications where standard closers fail.
Compatible with interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0", the 4040XP mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors.
