The LCN 4040XP is a heavy-duty door closer engineered for institutional and high-traffic environments. With a cast iron body, forged steel arm, and double heat-treated steel pinion, it delivers durability and reliability for demanding applications. The non-sized cylinder adjusts for interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors up to 4'0", making it versatile across facility types.
This closer meets ADA requirements and holds UL and cUL listings for self-closing doors. It is ANSI A156.4 Grade 1 certified and filled with all-weather fluid for reliable performance year-round.
