The LCN 4040XPT is a Grade 1 door closer with a cast iron body and Liquid X Fluid, designed for high-traffic commercial interiors and exteriors. Its robust construction ensures reliable performance on pull or push doors up to 5'0" inside and 4'0" outside, making it ideal for busy facilities that demand dependable automatic closing.
The 4040XPT mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm (with PA bracket) on either right or left swinging doors and meets ADA requirements. Available in standard or custom powder coat finishes, with optional plated metal covers and SRI primer for corrosive environments. UL and cUL listed.
