The LCN 4040XPT is a Grade 1 door closer designed for high-traffic interior and exterior applications. Its cast-iron body and Liquid X fluid technology deliver reliable, consistent performance on both push and pull sides, making it ideal for commercial buildings, offices, and facilities requiring heavy-duty door control.
This closer mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm, accommodating doors up to 5'0" (interior) or 4'0" (exterior) on either right or left swings.
