Description
The LCN 4040XPT-H is a Grade 1 surface-mounted door closer with a durable cast iron body and Liquid X fluid technology. Designed for high-traffic commercial interiors and exteriors, it provides reliable self-closing performance on doors up to 5'0" (interior) or 4'0" (exterior). Works on pull or push side installations for both left and right swinging doors.
This closer mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or with a parallel arm bracket, and its non-sized cylinder is adjustable for custom fit. Available with standard or optional powder coat finishes, plus optional plating and SRI primer for corrosive environments. UL/cUL listed and ADA compliant.
