The Sargent 80 Series exit device is engineered for commercial facilities requiring Grade 1 security and reliability. This rim-mounted, right-hand reverse model suits wood or metal doors 1 3/4" thick and works with 24" to 32" door widths using the E Rail configuration. Built for life-cycle durability with modular construction and minimal moving parts, it exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength standards.
Installation requires proper door stile dimensions: 4 1/2" minimum with trim or 3 1/2" without trim. The 32D finish (stainless steel) resists corrosion in demanding environments.
