Description

The Sargent 80 Series rim exit device delivers commercial-grade security for wood and metal doors in high-traffic facilities. Its modular construction, few moving parts, and ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 rated strength make it maintenance-free and built to last the life of the building, ideal for facilities demanding durability and reliability.

This rim configuration fits 1-3/4 inch thick doors with stile width 24 to 32 inches; larger doors and thicknesses require specification adjustments. Options include delayed egress, alarmed exit, and electric latch retraction for specialized applications.
