The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic hardware solution designed for commercial buildings, schools, and facilities requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified egress control. This left-hand reverse (LHR) rim-mounted device with 32D finish provides durable security, maintenance-free operation, and modular construction with minimal moving parts.
Compatible with metal doors 1.75 inches minimum thickness and equipped with J-rail for 37-42 inch door widths. Installation includes stainless steel top bolt and machine screw fasteners; standard centerline is 41 inches from finished floor.
